What to do

Every open obligation and overdue document as one action, with its cause, the money it moves and what to do — grouped by when it matters.

  • Critical — already late enough to cost something: a supplier bill over two weeks overdue, a customer invoice over thirty days late, a tax the bank does not show paid, the balance under the reserve within thirty days.
  • Today — due today or tomorrow, or late but not yet critical: a reminder to send, a bill to pay or agree a date for.
  • This week — due in the next seven days.
  • Upcoming — due later, and the things that have no date: a cost worth reviewing, data to put right.

Each action says the problem, its cause, the money it moves and the step to take. Filter by area — cash, invoices, bills, taxes, payroll, expenses — and open one to see its record.

An action leaves the list when the data says it is done — a payment in the statement, a bill paid, a statement imported — not when it is ticked.
