Banking
Every bank statement, read and sorted for you
Import the statement your bank already gives you — camt.053, CSV or Excel. Profflow reads every line, sorts it by your rules, matches payments to invoices by reference number and sets today’s balance for the forecast.
Also Wise, Revolut, Citadele, Bigbank and any bank that exports a statement
Example company. Your own statement shows your own lines.
How it works
- 1Export the statement
From your internet bank, as camt.053 (SEPA XML), CSV or Excel. Any period, any account.
- 2Import it in Banking
Drop the file in. Lines already imported are recognised and not counted twice.
- 3Profflow sorts and matches
Each line gets its category by your rules; a payment with an invoice’s reference number closes that invoice.
Also in Banking
- Rules of your own
A word in the description or a counterparty’s name puts the line in its category from then on.
- Several accounts
Every account and bank in one place, with one balance for the company.
- Direct connection, next
Bank connections through open banking are being built; until then the statement gives the same figures.

Every Estonian bank that exports a statement: LHV, Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Coop Pank, Citadele, Bigbank, and Wise and Revolut Business. camt.053 is read exactly; CSV and Excel columns are recognised in Estonian, English and Russian.
No. You export the file yourself and import it. Profflow never has your bank credentials and cannot move money.
Change its category once; add a rule if it should always go there. Every figure built on it changes with it.
