1How payment works
The price of Profflow is agreed with the company before access opens and is stated on the invoice from Profflow Analytics OÜ.
Choose how you would like to pay:
- Monthly — by invoice, once a month. No automatic charges.
- Yearly — by invoice, once a year. No automatic charges.
Access to Profflow opens once the invoice is paid.

2Stopping
The company can stop using Profflow at any time by writing to hello@profflow.ee. What a stop means for a period already paid is as agreed with the company when the price was set.
3A payment made in error
If an invoice was issued with a mistake, or the same invoice was paid twice, Profflow issues a credit invoice and returns the overpayment to the account it came from.
4How to ask
Write to sales@profflow.ee from the company’s address and give the invoice number. Every request is answered in writing.
5Law
Profflow is sold to companies, not to consumers. These terms are part of the terms of service and are governed by Estonian law.
