These terms are the agreement between Profflow Analytics OÜ (“Profflow”) and the company that uses Profflow (“the customer”). Using Profflow means accepting them.

2The service
Profflow reads the bank statements, invoices and payroll data the customer connects or imports, and shows the cash, the taxes ahead, the reports and the forecasts worked out from them. It answers questions from those figures.
Profflow never moves money, never files returns with the Tax and Customs Board and never sends invoices in the customer’s name.
3Access
Accounts open by request: Profflow confirms the company before access opens. The customer decides who else in the company gets access and is responsible for what its users do.
4Payment
One payment gives full access. The price is agreed with the customer and stated on the invoice; access opens when the invoice is paid.
5Figures and advice
The figures are worked out from the data the customer provides, with the Estonian tax rates built into Profflow. Where the rates have not yet been checked by an accountant, the screens say the figures are estimates. Profflow is not an accountant, a tax adviser or an auditor: the decisions and the returns remain the customer’s, and should be checked with its accountant.
6The customer’s data
The customer’s data belongs to the customer. Profflow processes it only to provide the service, as the privacy policy describes. The customer can export it and ask for it to be deleted.
7The customer’s part
- Bring in only data the customer is allowed to use, including its employees’ data.
- Keep the sign-in details safe and tell Profflow at once if they may have been misused.
- Not use Profflow to break the law or to harm the service or other customers.
8Availability and changes
Profflow works to keep the service available and its figures correct, but cannot promise that it will never be interrupted or never contain an error. Features may change; a change that matters to the customer is announced in advance.
9Ending
The customer can stop using Profflow at any time by writing to hello@profflow.ee. Profflow can suspend access if the invoice is not paid or the service is misused.
10Liability
Profflow is a tool that makes the work easier and brings the company’s financial management into one place. Profflow Analytics OÜ is not responsible for filing the customer’s returns, for its employees’ salaries or for the success of its business.
To the extent Estonian law allows, Profflow is not liable for indirect loss or for decisions the customer makes on the figures.
The figures shown on the website and in the preview belong to a sample company. They are illustrations and do not describe Profflow Analytics OÜ or any real company.
11Law
These terms are governed by Estonian law. Disputes that cannot be settled by agreement go to Harju County Court.
