Profflow is made by Profflow Analytics OÜ, an Estonian company. It exists for one reason: an owner should be able to see the company’s money clearly every day, not only when the accountant closes the month.
Why it exists
In a small or medium Estonian business the money lives in four places: the bank, the invoices, the accountant’s books and e-MTA. Each knows part of the picture. The owner usually sees the whole of it once a month, after the accountant has closed the books — when the decisions it would have changed are already made.
Profflow brings the four together every day. It reads the bank statement, the invoices and the payroll, applies Estonian rules for VAT and payroll taxes, and shows what the company can spend, what it is owed, what it will owe the state and what the month has left.
It does not replace the accountant, and it never moves money. It gives the owner the daily picture and the accountant clean inputs.

Balances, taxes, payroll and forecasts are worked out by the product’s engines from your data. The AI repeats those figures; it does not make them up.

What is read from your data is marked as measured; what is projected is marked as an estimate, with what it rests on.
