Connected to what an Estonian company already uses

Today a company comes into Profflow through the statement of any Estonian bank, the business register, Excel and CSV files — and its accounting and payment systems with an API key it creates itself, now being verified on real accounts. Direct bank connections and e-MTA come later; this page says which is which.

Frequently
asked questions

Can’t find your answer? Write to us

  • Not yet: direct bank connections come with open banking. Today you export the statement from your internet bank — camt.053, CSV or Excel, from any Estonian bank — and import it; it takes a minute.

  • Merit Aktiva, Directo, SimplBooks and SmartAccounts connect with an API key you create in your program; they are being verified on real accounts now. Invoices and bills can also be imported from Excel or CSV, and your accountant keeps the books as before.

  • No. Profflow reads; it does not post to your bank or your books.
