Risks and opportunities
What could go wrong, with how likely and what is at stake; and where money could be saved or earned, as estimates.
A risk is something that has not happened yet. Each one has a likelihood in words — high, medium or low — with the rule that set it, the money at stake, the date it would happen and the action that lowers it. Profflow never shows a percentage the data cannot support.
An opportunity is money the data shows could be saved or earned in a year, with the evidence: a cost that grew against its own average, overdue invoices to collect, a recurring cost worth checking against what is still used.
Opportunities are estimates, and say so. A cost to review is not a saving until it is cut.
