The KMD draft and VAT
The month’s VAT by rate and the KMD by its lines, worked out from issued invoices and bills, for you to check and file.
For each month Profflow adds up the VAT on the invoices you issued (output VAT) and on the bills you received (input VAT), by rate. The difference is what the company pays, or gets back.
The KMD draft lays the same figures out by the lines of the return, and VAT transactions lists the invoices and bills behind each figure.
- 1Open Taxes and choose the month.
- 2Check the lines against your own records; VAT transactions lists every invoice and bill behind them.
- 3Download the CSV if your accountant wants it.
- 4File the KMD yourself in e-MTA, and pay by the 20th.
Profflow does not submit the KMD or any other return. You file them in e-MTA, as before.
