Start with your registry code

Type the company’s eight-digit registry code; Profflow fills in what the business register says about it.

  1. 1On the home page, type the company’s registry code and choose Try for free.
  2. 2Profflow looks the company up in the e-Business Register: its name, legal address, status and legal form, its VAT number, financial year and main activity, and the quarter’s figures the register shows from the Tax and Customs Board.
  3. 3Check what was found, correct anything that is out of date, and continue.

The rest of the setup asks what the register cannot know: who you are in the company, where the books are kept, whether you have employees, how you issue invoices, and the reserve the company should keep.

The register page also lists board members and owners with their personal codes. Profflow keeps none of that.
